Any investor wishing to contact a Realtor for the purpose of possibly purchasing an REO home would then contact the Realtor directly via the information the Realtor provided this site.

Goals To Increase awareness as to the Realtors who handle REO properties and the lenders they work for. Assist lenders in reducing their REO stock by way of greater Realtor exposure.

Objectives Locating Realtors that assist the lenders with their REO stock.

Methods Only licensed Realtors may submit their contact information to our database via a form provided on the website. All other Realtors who do not list REO properties may submit their contact info using a different form that will be made available to consultants. Consultants may then contact these Realtors to assist with defaulting homeowners.

Staff This is a complimentary service for both Realtors and lenders as well as Consultants. This service is a stand alone service that requires us to maintain 3 databases, and constant outreach to Realtors across the nation. A staff of 2-3 people are needed for this project.

Responsibility Realtors are to have continued contact with lenders. Our staff is not responsible for any misguided information that might be posted. If there is an error in the outcome, it is the responsibility of the Realtor to edit their contact information.

Sustainability The cost to maintain this service is curbed by Realtors who submit to an annual advertising membership fee of only $7.00.
