This site was put together to service, defaulting homeowners and NFCC counselors. We do this by bringing the two together.

Homeowners simply provide brief information into our database. This information is then made available only to NFCC Counselors.

For investors, and realtors, we try very hard to provide access to public records by linking our site to online court systems. This allows both parties to retrieve documents known as Notice of Trustee, Notices, Ex Parte Writs of Attachment, Petition to Foreclose, and Notice of Defaults. Investors, and Realtors can then use these documents to contact homeowners to assist in selling or purchasing their homes.

In any case, there are hundreds, even thousands monthly in default throughout many counties nationwide. The time to help is now!

What are brand new, or 1 day old defaults? These are defaults just filed by an attorney for the lender. The attorney filed a motion on a past due mortgager in a circuit court, the address, and name you get is 1 day old from the date the motion was recorded. The home owner receives a couple notices over time, and then the sheriff gets 1-3 appraisals, advertises in the legal, and then comes the sale. From when the attorney gets it, up until the sheriff sale, could be 4-6 months or so, depends on the state, and their rules.

Lets get started..
